Blue Sea Fish Shop - Swan Hill

Since John and Toula left, the size of servings has gone down and the prices up! No fresh salads anymore either. This used to be our favourite place for years, but it has gone so downhill, smelly oil, grumpy service, no extra's tossed in for a big order.

We used to come here as a favorite fish and chip shop for years but its not quite the same anymore. The fish isnt as good but still ok (now Im sounding fussy but on one occasion a piece of fish smelt like ammonia and couldnt eat it - abit hit and miss). However, other things like burgers have been ok.

Got fish and chips from here on Good Friday. It wasn't busy, chips were cold and soggy as they had been seating in the Bain Marie too long. Fish was just.

I bought a piece of battered whiting and some chips to take back to my motel room. Thoroughly enjoyed it ! Fish was cooked well and the chips were just right.Give it a go !

We picked up a brochure at the Swan Hill Information Centre which listed all the eateries and we selected this fish shop . The fish and chips were very yummy
