The Anchor Inn - Swanage

What a fantastic place! This was my first time trying the food, but it certainly won't be the last. Kudos to the new owners!

Anchor has undergone a fantastic renovation. The food was excellent, and the Haggis Burger was particularly outstanding. As locals, we will definitely return!

We had such a fantastic meal on Sunday that we decided to return for dinner. The service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding. We enjoyed it once more! I highly recommend the brisket and steak. Once again, we give it 5 stars!

First, we were served warm bread with a mix of butter and oil for dipping—it was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture! I ordered the burger with brie, and oh my goodness, my taste buds have never experienced anything quite like it; it was perfection! And the cheesecake—I'm telling you, I couldn't get enough of it! It was simply perfect.
