Boro Low Country Kitchen - Swansboro

I?m originally from Mass and we can cook a boil so let just say this boil brought me back home. It was amazing, I bought the Lobster, Mussels and Shrimp the portion was large and the price was just right. My server was absolutely amazing and never wrote anything down. We had 10 ppl and every order was right not one mistake. The reason for 4 stars, cleanliness was lacking and we had to ask for cups with ice for our canned soda. I will definitely return every time I go to the beach.

I came for lunch on a weekday and it was the perfect time to come. I got the shrimp boil, with fries, corn, and hush puppies and calamari as an appetizer. It was so much food and it taste spectacular. I already have another trip planned for next week!

Love that it?s small, and only a few people here in March. Nice on the water. Great low country shrimp, but it was SO MUCH FOOD!!

Do NOT recommend. The crab boil had no flavor, some items cold, sausage was nasty, shrimp over cooked. Fried shrimp okay. kids mac and cheese cold. Pretty bad paid over $100 for family meal and the best item for everyone were the french fries. I recommend if you want seafood try some place else! We will not be going back!

Our family visited this restaurant for dinner on Saturday July 9th, 2022. The ordering process can seem a bit daunting with the filling out of tickets and waiting on line to submit them at the ticket window but don't stress about it. You will be rewarded. We chose to sit under the open air pavilion which is considered takeout so be mindful about when your food will be ready for you to pick it up. The bottom line is all seven orders were correct, the food was excellent and a our entire party was very pleased with the choices they made. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.
