Got the chourica and pepper sandwich and it is so delicious that I ordered it 3 times in the past week. I cant get enough of it.
Missing John but still a great place Maria is very kind the food is very delicious I like the variety and the quality of each dish. Cacoila is sometimes dry but other than that no complaints I visit here often when I’m in the area and will be returning again soon …

I frequently visit this restaurant, and they usually offer consistent, generous portions of Portuguese cuisine. However, my last experience was disappointing, so I'm writing this review in the hope that the owners will consider customer feedback. I ordered my usual sandwich, which had great flavor, but the steak was so tough and of such poor quality that I couldn't eat it. I had no choice but to spit it out and discard the whole sandwich. I also tried my wife's Cacoila sandwich, which was similarly lackluster. It wasn't served on traditional Portuguese bread, but rather on a generic white roll that made it taste more like cafeteria food. I would strongly recommend using higher quality steak for the sandwiches, even if it means raising the prices. Additionally, please use authentic Portuguese bread for the Cacoila sandwich.
