I never received my order, nobody contacted me, and now I'm unable to get a refund!

The staff/management are incompetent with the management being the worse; utterly rude, ignorant, disrespectful, refused to help and/or listen to my grievance, give me details for their complaints procedure, or his name. Orders are always wrong, you pay for sauces/food you don’t get. This is not the first, second or last time we’ve had issues with the staff here. The worst McDonald’s in Swansea is cwmdu by far! It needs shutting down! Rats and rat boxes in sight everywhere. Plagued by seagulls from overflown bins/rubbish. They prioritise Uber eats etc over waiting customers they’ll keep you waiting for 15-20 minutes for a plain burger. A few notices need to be given due to a clear breach in their employment contracts, as stated above. The manger who answered my call needs to be dealt with urgently. Call was made today around 12:30pm. I will be following this up with HR to ensure matters are dealt with accordingly. Don’t even deserve one star
