Pizza Hut - Sweetwater

This place was in order. the pizzabuffet was mediocre. the pizza was a past and was kind of dried out. the broth sticks were no longer and we are hard. if they order food itnisngood but do not waste their money on the buffet. the best pizza they have is the filled crust. they serve pepsi products and do not supply. if they want to go in sweet water and pizza to domino’s it is much better

The waitress was not a problem. she was helpful and friendly. the problem was that the ac didn't work after the food arrived. we go out to eat to be comfortable, not sweat while we eat. they should have closed until they have made the necessary repairs. I order the takeover, but I don't think I'll eat in there again. what a shame.

Every Friday we order 3 large pizzas for our family night. every time we ask for light cheese, even in the comments, but only sometimes they meet the question. I never complained because I thought it was a simple mix and they tried. last Friday, when a worker snapped our boxes and asked another worker more easily cheese right, the answer was a broad look at the eyes followed by the words they never complain anyway here is my complaining. check their boxes before they go when they have a special request because they like to ignore their request.

The pizza we ordered was great, but when they go online and make a pick-up order and then pulled into the parking lot and call the number on the sign. they are asked to repeat the name and order then wait 25 minutes, just to go inside and ask my order is ready to hear that the order is not in the system! So I had to repeat it again and advise the staff that I'll be out in the car, wait, wow, which has to be repaired.

I called in an order because we live so far away and I had someone coming from that area. When they get there, they said they never received my order. So I hit redial on my phone to get told I must have ordered it somewhere else. How? I hit redial and no other phone calls recently to any other number..... So,,, guess I won't be ordering from this store again. I'm in Sweetwater almost every day and I've always loved your pizza. I guess I will stick to dine in only.
