Abe's Cakes - Swindon

I have dined at Abe's restaurant multiple times and have always had a great dining experience. The vegetarian thali I had yesterday was exceptional; the presentation was beautiful and each dish was full of unique flavors. The masala chai was perfectly hot and delicious. I highly recommend Abe's restaurant for high-quality Southern Indian street food.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and was extremely disappointed with the quality. It was the worst cake I have ever tasted in my life. It was overly sweet and had a watery consistency inside. It was so bad that it could be dangerous for a diabetic to consume. I used to always order cakes from this shop and they were usually good, but this time was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place again. The poor quality of the cake completely ruined my son's birthday party.

We have been purchasing Abe's cakes for 3 years now his cakes are simply the best. The taste defies expectations the attention to detail is so good that sometimes we actually felt that it should just be admired. The problem is that once you start eating his cakes, you can't stop. Abe helps us create memories and for that we are all indebted to him. Another cake is now on order and we can't wait to grab a piece.

I love everything Abe serves on his plates. I always enjoy his delicious food, and the exceptional service from Baghya is top-notch. I drive 30 miles every month just to visit this restaurant for the food and great company. See you soon!

I enjoyed the most delicious fish Thali. Every dish was bursting with flavours and taste. The fish was perfectly cooked and spiced beautifully. Served with it, to add a taste of sweetness, was a light gulab jamun or any other of his wonderful little sweets. I thoroughly enjoyed the sugar cane juice with a touch of ginger and lime it was cooling and fresh. Abe may be primarily a brilliant cake maker but he also produces top quality Indian food.
