The Check Inn - Swindon

This bustling pub is located just outside of Wroughton in Woodland View (across the motorway bridge, take a right when heading away from Swindon). It is a popular spot for locals and enthusiasts alike.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, whether you're trying the Thai dishes during the week or the Sunday roast (I opted for the vegetarian option). They also have a great variety of beers to choose from. The only downside is that the road can be a bit loud if you're sitting outside, but overall it's a very pleasant dining experience.

Once again Carol shows her skills with this homemade Chicken pie.... well I say chicken, also bacon mushroom and leeks with a puff pastry lid... we both ordered it with veg mash and gravy and on a chilly Autumn evening it absolutely hit the comfort...food spot ... a great big hug of a plate...

Went in with my partner.Ordered turkey roasts..Feast or what.Friendly staff.We loved it.....Really friendly staff.Did I mention how nice the staff are?..This is old school friendly that has not been touched by the restrictions other pubs have.Check it out
