The Harvey - Swindon

The restaurant is extremely expensive for the portion sizes. The large order of chips only includes 12 chips, and the large fish portion is as small as a sardine on steroids. If you opt for the small size, it could fit in a matchbox.

We visited this restaurant for a holiday lunch and were pleasantly surprised to find the table beautifully decorated for Christmas, complete with crackers and sweets. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

We visit this restaurant for our weekly lunch club and recently celebrated our Christmas dinner there. I have to say, it was absolutely amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff were incredible. Thank you all so much. We can't wait to come back in 2024 for more delicious meals.

Myself and friends had festive fayre and it was really good.Everything cooked really well and plenty of it.Service was spot on as well.Very friendly.

Today eight of us enjoyed Christmas lunch at the Harvey. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, with crackers, Christmas napkins and ornamental snowmen. As I am not a lover of a roast dinner, I opted for the sirloin steak, which was delicious, but friends who had the Christmas Turkey and all the trimmings had generous plates of food, and all said they enjoyed it. We weren’t rushed at all, and staff were cheerful and helpful. Honestly, I have not one complaint about today’s celebrations, and a big thank you to all concerned in catering for us today.
