County Club - Swords

We celebrated my father in laws birthday last Sunday. The was 26 of us, 8 under 10. We had a room upstairs it was just great, the smaller children were fed first which helped. The food was delicious as always, the service staff was fantastic. Well recommended.

Meet a friend for dinner last night. As he lives in Navan we usually meet in the County Club as it is about half way for each of us. It is a great spot, good food and service plus plenty of parking. The menu offers a great choice and they are famous for the quality carvery and excellent steaks. I had their Caesar salad with chicken and it was really nice. You can be guaranteed good food here.

The meals at this restaurant are always very enjoyable, with the chicken wings being the standout. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned, but it is charming and makes for a pleasant dining experience. The staff are very friendly, making it a great place to visit.

I went to the country club today and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Three people in our group had celiac disease, so we carefully looked through the menu only to find out that it was in need of updating. The waitress had to check with the chef multiple times about various items. There was no gluten-free bread available, and the soup was not gluten-free either. We had to inquire about the sauces, different chefs, and suppliers. My salad even came with couscous, which had to be sent back. The food was good, but overall, I was not impressed.

This restaurant is perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The service is consistently excellent with fast service, high-quality food, and reasonable prices.
