Went with friends lots to chose from loved it all . great staff so friendly and helpfull . we had a lovely evening .

Ordered food for collection last night. On arrival 2 members of staff was shouting on each other behind the counter. I asked nicely is our food is ready but member of staff decided to scream at me as well. As a customer I wasn't expecting someone will screen at me like that after i already paid for rood online and My order still wasn't ready. Then she turn around walked away and ignored me, so we ended up standing there without food, refund or explanation whats going on. This was the worst experience ever of ordering/collecting food that you already paid for. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!

I have been here many times; the price value is good but i dont like the ordering system; its suppose to be a buffet but regardless how many people its still min 6 items, nevertheless the food is good for the price, but maybe bring all together i had my starter then 10mins later my friend got her starter and there was only us 2 in the resturant... but i would reccommend this place.

We used to go to the Jade Palace a lot but haven't been in a while a our last few visits weren't good. We decided to try it again last Saturday evening and won't be going back. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken dish and it was tiny. The kids meal arrived 20 minutes after ours and we had to remind them a couple of times. I think that 5 different people served us and this was probably part of the problem. When the bill arrived they had charged €3.80 for my portion of fried rice it was not included in the price of the dish. They had also added on a 10% service charge for a party of 2 adults and 2 children. On reflection we shouldn't have paid the service charge as it certainly wasn't warranted. We ordered from the A La Carte menu as didn't want the all you can eat. They have signs on the walls in the restaurant advising that any food ordered under the all you can eat menu and not eaten will be charged at €20 a portion. Under the previous owners the Jade Palace was a lovely friendly restaurant to visit but not under the current owners.

Excellent chinese dishes singapore noodle is my best the combination of pork ,chicken and prawns was gives the more flavour.
