It was absolutely a horrible experience and we will never go there again!

Absolutely awful experience. Have had their party pizzas a few times at events we attended and thoughtwe would give it a try for dinner . We ordered a pep and cheese party pizza and it was awful. The pizza hardly had any cheese and just big pieces of pepperoni with little sauce. I called the store and the women was extremely rude and told me there was no way this could happen as the staff follows a chart and toppings are measured out for each pizza. I told her I have had their pizzas before and they were not like this. I offered to send photos and she said they didn’t have email and the only thing they could do was send someone back to pick up the pizza so they can look at it, remake it and have a new one delivered later this evening. I told her that was not a proper solution as we have kids to feed and can’t wait all evening for a new pizza. She told me that’s all they can do and once again staffs have topping measurements and it’s unlikely this pizza was any different from the rest. Will not be going back.
