Bella Brutta - Sydney

This restaurant excels at making pizza, thanks to the fantastic wood-fired oven located at its center. On a chilly winter's day, it's the perfect spot to be. The staff provides excellent service with a friendly attitude. The standout dish here is the pepperoni pizza, which brings to mind the renowned pizzas from New Haven (CT), where they refer to it as a "p'zza." Instead of being burnt, the crust has a delightful char. It is simply delicious, with fresh toppings crafted by a skilled artisan who clearly knows his craft. Other pizza places could benefit from visiting and learning from this one.

The Clam Pizza was the best pizza I've ever had, and I've tried a lot of pizzas in my lifetime. It's a must-try! All the pizzas were thin, which I really enjoyed, and the entrees were delicious as well. The pumpkin and cabbage salad was incredibly tasty. I can't wait to come back for more!

The octopus dish and pepperoni pizza were definitely the standout items. The octopus was probably one of the best I've ever had! The potato pizza was quite heavy (as you would expect), and I found myself wishing I'd chosen a different one. However, it was still well-flavored and worth a try. I'll definitely return to sample the clam pizza!

Amazing experience with absolutely stunning dishes. The clam pizza was so savoury and delicious we came back twice for it in the same week. Every dish we had was very well thought out and made of very high quality ingredients. Customer service was also very good both times we were there. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding Italian flavours served with a modern twist. Backed up by wonderful service. Walked out with a full belly and it was only $40 per head for a high quality meal. Couldn’t recommend higher.
