Bidra med feedbackWow for such overpriced burgers you'll think they would know how to cook a beef patty! Had quite low expectations and they were met! Ordered a double patty and bacon burger and the fried chicken breast burger take away. There's a window where you can see them cooking and i could see them prepare my burgers.. don't know how they were trained but these kids cooked my chicken first and left it sitting in the bun while cooking the beef ones last but lo and behold the beef took longer to cook than the chicken! This left the chicken super soggy when it was picked up while the beef was overcooked. The party tasted ok but way overcooked and for the price you're paying definitely not worth it stay away!!!
Based on level 6 foodcourt of Pitt St Mall, I call this foodcourt the fancier counterpart to the lower ground one below in Pitt St. Charlie and Co burgers was a place based in the 'fancier' side, which I decided to give a go with a friend. The cashier was very pleasant in explaining my queries regarding what I could order during the late lunch time period of 2 pm. Already had brunch, so decided to try a quick 'bacon and egg brekky bite' ($6). For the value, it was definitely a nice treat, with the bacon and sauce being the key of the dish, although I didn't find particularly like the cooked egg in the bread. Overall, a nice place to dine at for burgers, and would still like to consider the other burgers they have to offer to give a more reliable judgment.
This was quite simply, exciting. Ordered a Double Bacon and Cheese Burger, and it was love at first sight. Lovely buns, bacon cooked perfectly, slippery cheese draped over the delicious Angus Beef patty. The gherkins provided a satisfactory crunch, and the duo of sauces made this burger an absolute stunning behemoth, worth trying. My chilli fries were also a fitting addition, wouldn't you say so. Only con is the cost, no need for a burger with chips to set me back $25. That's beyond a gag to be perfectly honest, and something I believe will lose them competition to Grill'd the floor above. Overall, go for a visit, if possible. It is very, very good.
I arrived on my unicorn at approximately 6pm. He was hungry, I was hungry, and bob was hungry. I ordered the producers, bob ordered the mighty, and my unicorn stuck with the original Charlie's cheeseburger. Bob informed me that my unicorn was allergic to mustard, unbeknownst to me. My unicorn swelled up and exploded upon his first bite of his delicious burger....The End
Decided to give this place a try and to say the least the service and attitude of the place is really bad. First sign was ordering the food and the waitress said they didn't have any sweet potato fries and once the order was made to get the lamb burger which took more then 10 mins to get and my friend who ordered before me got their burger first. It wasn't until I had to complain that I hadn't received my burger that the waitress rudely said its coming and then when it did arrive she rudely shoved the plate to me. Next i ll go on about the burger it wasn't verybtasty to be honest no flavour at all to it I could only taste the taziki sauce and unflavoured lamb patty not to mention it didn't have much filling. Won't be going here again after the service I received and will not recommend it to friends.disappointing
