Bidra med feedbackI've always been a fan of Bolis, but this location did not meet my expectations. The sauce had a different flavor, and the pizza was undercooked. The cheesesteaks were bland and lacked flavor. I'm really disappointed, especially since I have no other pizza place I prefer besides Bolis.
So normally I love Boli's but this time y'all messed up. Real bad. American cheese on a white pizza? Come on. This is the first time I've thrown out a pizza because it was that terrible.
The food here is always perfectly made and of the highest quality. I look forward to coming into this store every time I see it and am always ready to eat amazing food when I enter here. Also this resturant has some of the highest quality pizza I have ever had and also has amazing flavors. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming and really makes me feel at home.
As an entrepreneur, it’s vital to welcome and respond to customer feedback. I regret having to write this review, but it’s necessary to address some issues. The poor communication regarding order updates and repairs from this establishment is quite frustrating. My family believes in giving businesses multiple chances to resolve issues, but this has reached a tipping point. As consumers, we have every right to take our business elsewhere, and that’s precisely what we intend to do moving forward. Given the current economic landscape, we cannot accept being treated as if our dollars hold no value. If there's an issue with an order, it’s crucial for the business to acknowledge the feedback and strive to correct the problem. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re wrong when they’re spending their hard-earned money at your establishment.
I placed a simple order, and the website mentioned it would take 40 minutes. However, it arrived in just 17 minutes! Huge shoutout to the chef for our pizzas and steak and cheese sub! They were loaded with toppings and packed with meat. Amazing job! 100% satisfied!
