Caraiso's Italian Food - Sylmar

Many years ago, this restaurant was much smaller and struggled with business until Johnny took over. Since then, they have expanded the dining area and added a bar. The food is fantastic! The service is quite good, although it may take a bit longer during busy times. The menu has also grown over the years, offering a great selection of Italian dishes and sandwiches, as well as pizza, pasta, and some unique options not typically found at Italian restaurants, like grilled salmon and vegetables. My mother claims it's the best salmon she's ever had. Be sure to ask for Gina!
