The food was good, but I don't understand why they offer curbside service if they're not going to provide it. I waited in my car for about 15 minutes and eventually had to go inside because no one came out to assist me.
"Let me share a little story... I once drove a Maserati to this Yoshinoya location, and it definitely turned some heads! People were curious about who would bring such a fancy car to this restaurant. The truth is, I flew into Burbank, picked up my rental, and all I really wanted that afternoon was a delicious meal, and Yoshinoya did not disappoint! I appreciated the friendly service, the quick yet tasty food, and of course, the cleanliness of the place. It’s a shame there’s no drive-thru, but it was a convenient stop off the 5 freeway. I’m looking forward to my next visit, although I doubt I’ll be arriving in a Maserati again! If you enjoyed this review, I’d be happy to share some pictures of the Maserati!"
Place was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the service was very fast and they did not make any mistakes as I have a special order all bowls where correct to order.
This place is horrible. I ordered an order of orange chicken plus my sisters order and they completely forgot the orange chicken. They messed up my drink, as well. We attempted to order the orange chicken again, right after it happened, and it said the store was closed. The website said they close at 11pm. Goes to show why they messed up my order. Don?t go here, this whole plaza is full of poor customer service.
