Tim Hortons - Sylvan

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered three strawberry frozen lemonades and a black iced coffee. When I arrived at the window, I hadn't even paid yet...

I placed an online order and went to the store, but they did not give me my food. It was a waste of $20 and the service was rude. I do not recommend going here as it is a waste of time and money.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The service was unfriendly, the food was cold and the order was wrong. It was just as bad as my experience four years ago.

Extremely busy. Waited 15 minutes to get a bagel. But lovely staff.

Cashier named something Cuzi is too rude.. when we asked her how long the order will take, she answered i am not the one who is making your order and then they gave us wrong order.. they put the chicken in my vegetarian wrap. Vegetarian options: Hash brown in vegetarian wrap Service: Take out
