Arby's - Syracuse

Ordered Beef n Cheddar and got no Cheddar. Good sandwich and all but no Cheddar is not better.

Often very slow. Employees are sitting around doing nothing most of the time. It would be helpful if they were cross-trained and could help in other areas rather than sitting and waiting around. Also shouldn't they be wearing gloves?

The Manager was very kind and made me some breakfast even though they weren’t quite open yet. Best Arby’s I have ever been to. Very kind people. I can tell they really care.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. Will be back.

Used a $4 coupon for a couple of Reuben sandwiches and also a large curly fries and a strawberry lemonade to drink. First off the sandwiches I was craving so bad and they had literally like a slice of meat or two at the most was very disappointing. The fries were literally the bottom of the barrel because not only were they cold but had all the small pieces and tons of crumbs in the container.
