Eleven Waters - Syracuse

Not a good experience. The service was horrendous and unprofessional, even under the conditions of an empty restaurant. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The meal was excellent and our server was attentive. He provided exceptional service from our 1st to 4rth course to our drinks from the bar. It was a fantastic Thanksgiving meal and Eleven Waters delivered. Thank you for making our visit one to remember!

We recently attended a bourbon tasting and enjoyed a 5-course meal at this restaurant. We had a fantastic experience and found that the food and drinks complemented each other perfectly.

The bourbon tasting was fantastic! The food was exceptional and each bourbon paired perfectly with every course. The dishes were delicious! The bourbon welcome drink was the best bourbon cocktail I've had in a long time!

We waited for 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive after complaining to the manager. We noticed tables around us still had dirty dishes on them an hour later. We even saw a couple seated at a table that hadn't been cleared by the hostess, who seemed unaware of her mistake. When we informed our waiter, he quickly took care of it. Our salad came without any dressing, but after another complaint to the manager, we finally received some. This was the worst hospitality experience I have ever witnessed and we won't be returning. The manager blamed Marriott for lack of support for more staff, but neither the manager nor the hostess seemed to be making any effort to clean tables and fill in the gaps. They appeared completely oblivious to the situation.
