Scratch Bakehouse - Syracuse

Our family stopped this morning for the first time after we saw a postage article about it. we choose a healthier lifestyle and the way the scratch bakehouse does it, fits our needs. the owner welcomed us and was very helpful and informative about the ware. we have bought several bakers to try and a broth. everything was absolutely fantastic and surpassed our expectations (the spanakopita should die). we will visit the bakehouse for all our bakery products.

A local gem and source of the best local sourdough bread. The baker will come and talk to you about the breads on offer. They have the most delicious and fresh sourdough bread with various variants on offer. This little bakery is easy to drive by and not even notice it's there. Look for the larger liquor store next door to find this little gem.

Delicious baked goods! The customer service is also excellent. I've been there many times now and have been extremely well taken care of. I will be back many more times to keep trying the plethora of treats they have. The bagels are also fantastic! Highly recommend anything they are making here.

Thrilled to have this in our city. Cory gave me a run down of the bakery and the locally sourced ingredients and I bought a delicious loaf of bread. I will definitely be back!
