Foie gras in the Lyon style: 3 thin, small slices of foie gras hidden under 2 heads of fried onion... When I asked about it, they said that this was the normal portion, 150 g of raw foie gras, which would be that much after baking. Later, they offered to fry another batch of liver, the interesting method was double the first quantity. If I get the same amount from the liver the second time, I'm still surprised, especially because of the incomprehensible amount of fried onion, but since I only got about half of it the first time, I felt a little cheated. The food of the other members of the party was fine, the positive is that it is a dog-friendly place.
