Wendy's - Tacoma

Drop my card while driving thru, and had to move around to find it. I wanted to pay. The manager was super nice and said it wasn't a problem. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious!! Get back to this place!

Just left the drive thru, and I felt the need to leave a review. The young lady at the window was super kind spoke encouraging to her coworker while multitasking. The last time I was at was a Wendy’s a few months ago it was a total opposite experience. It put a smile on my face to know that there are still kind workers team players in the fast food industry. A job is a job these days, we all love fast food so without these workers we wouldn’t be able to grab a burger or nuggets late at night after a long day. So thank you! Much better than a couple of months ago when they had very few employees, closed sporadically, and were super slow. Our order was much faster, and it looks like they have lots of happy employees Still the best deal with their biggie bags. Fries are even great!

This Wendy's is a clean and friendly restaurant. The food was typical fast food burgers and fries. The drive thru is fairly quick and the staff are nice and respectful. This location underwent a big renovation and the outside looks much better. Included updated photos of the new look.

My service was great. It was a busy night when I went so it did take a bit to get my order in drive thru. The only reason why I rated it a 4 is because they didn't have any salads, which is what I initially came for, but other than that, the staff was great and Geoffry made some good sauce recommendations which I am going to start getting from now on.
