Bidra med feedbackI am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The food quality is mediocre and the service is practically non-existent. Half of our order never arrived, and they served us dishes we never even ordered. This was definitely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.
We brought our pets with us, so we were only able to dine in the restaurant's outdoor area, which did not have any fans. We opted for the all-you-can-eat menu for ZEIT1288 per person, and they provided us with paper to write down our orders. The service was slow, as we had to hand over our fourth paper with significant time intervals in between, and they still had not completed our orders from the first paper. We even asked them to cancel the orders we had not yet received, as we did not believe they were willing to fulfill them. It seemed like this may have been a strategy to make us feel full and order less food. The katsu curry did not meet our expectations, as we were surprised to find it was just a curry dipping sauce.
To order, we had to check specified lists as the AYCE was a buffet made to order, not displayed. We read reviews advising to order a lot on our first round as it may take some time for the second round. We ordered dishes such as ribeye teppan, tenderloin teppan, ebi tempura, and sashimi. The food quality and taste were excellent, with fresh seafood and good flavors. The service was fast for our first order, and we could order a lot for our first round. We enjoyed the teppanyaki dishes, particularly the ribeye, tenderloin, and ika. The restaurant followed safety protocols well, and the tables were spaced out for social distancing. The restroom was clean, but there was an issue with the water pressure in the sink for women. Overall, we had a good dining experience and left satisfied. Tips for other diners include ordering a lot for the first round and asking for less rice in the sushi to avoid waste.
As a regular customer this resto, serves good food and value for money buffet. in general, large employees, but today, have ruined the rest of the waiter alan pachero, which would have been a great pre valentine meal in sure. the incident to ogetsu reports, let them see whether they are dealing with the quality of the staff/service as they are eating theirs.
Was feeling like having Japanese today and invited my family to go with me today and join me in staving off my craving. Decided to go to the Aura branch since i thought it would be easier to get a table without any reservations. True...enough it took us only 10 minutes before we got a table on a Sunday at about 1pm. Two options for the buffet. Add Php100 and you get unli drinks shakes, juices and soda. The rib eye steak and a selection of “premium” sushi. Price is Php1,188.00/person. So let’s start with the good definitely get the rib eye and the prawn tempura. Also the unagi and tamago sushi (take out the sushi rice though) and uni chawan. All the rest are a big disappointment. Sushi ordered many premium sushi but all was blah. The rice is very poor quality and gummy. You can see a lot of plates with leftover sushi rice from other diners so I knew we were not the only ones. Sashimi salmon sashimi was a complete disappointment. Asked the waiter and also the manager if this was indeed the quality of their Norwegian salmon and they told me it was. Huh?! Really?! I have never seen a salmon become pale from so much fright. Almost as pale as ghost. (Never seen a ghost). The quality was really underwhelming for the price of the buffet. There are a variety of other dishes available like sukiyaki, curries, katsu, ramen, etc. Did not bother to order the other dishes so I cannot comment on them but as I do not have a big appetite nowadays I concentrate more on ordering the quality dishes to get my money’s worth. SERVICE: no complaints. The staff are friendly and it did not take a long time to call them. Though orders took quite some time to arrive and need several follow ups. CLEANLINESS: above average. The Air conditioning units in the restaurant does need an upgrade. It was pretty hot inside the restaurant especially considering that it is a teppanyaki restaurant. Seriously though. I would rather go to another restaurant for the price I paid for my lunch.
