Rice & Dough is a good place to get your sushi fix. It serves good sushi dishes with a twist. We ordered the perfect catch sushi and it didn't disappoint. It had a crispy wrap and the flavors complemented each other. We also ordered their steak. It was served on a hot plate that even if we ordered medium cooked, it will eventually cook to be done if you don't take it out of the plate. It was good though since the steak is always hot. The meat was tender and the flavor was ok since they used salt and pepper. Overall, experience was ok. Food - 4.0 Service - 4.0 Ambience - 4.0

This is my first time to try rice and batter. I kind of like it here! I tried the Angus beef (a high-end flavor of beef tapa) and the melted lava sushi (it has kani tempura, tamago, cucumber topped with mozzarella cream and spicy mango sauce). It is so good! ????

We went here on a regular Wednesday lunchtime hoping a quick sushi lunch outside the office would fit into an hour. It's nicely located in the Venice Mall - easy to find. The restaurant is spacious enough and was half its capacity when we were there. No WiFi, but the Venice Mall has 1 hour of free WiFi for everyone We got our money's worth although we were disappointed that it took them almost 45 minutes to serve our food. I would come back anyway!
