1 Hazard, 1 Great discovery. During a day spent between Les Taillades in the morning and Lauris in the afternoon, we accidentally chose to go climbing for lunch at L'Atelier l'Art des Mets. Without prior research, we were pleasantly surprised by their concept full of surprises. A unique menu, guided by the plants. It is full of curiosity that we start with the 4-step formula. Very beautiful, tasty, sufficiently fine and both rich and well-paced. Our compliments to the chef who knew how to take us on a stroll through his dishes. Wishing you continued success!

Flawless from start to finish, but beyond that a wonderful surprise at each service. Fine, balanced, tasty and fragrant cuisine with the wild flavors of our countryside.
