Six Thousand Beef Soup - Tainan City

Her bark soup is the best! if you go to tainan, you have to try this! but you have to wait early and wait long. I have to wake up at 3 o'clock and go right there to silence if I don't think they can eat the bark soup. before 5 a. m there many people already frightened there, so they come better early, like about 4 or 3.30 a.m., if they really want to try the bark soup.

The bark soup, very famous court in tainan. it was my first attempt. we arrived like 30m before closing time, so no more bark soup. only plate/ flank soup and other inner organ parts. we tried plate/Flansch suppe, it is delicious.

You should go to the restaurant as early as possible. Probably, 5 a.m. in the morning is the best time. The queue was so long, so I had to wait almost 1 hour. In my opinion, the taste of beef soup is just okay. In my personal preferences, it probably needs more spices.

It's a nice beef soup but probably not worth the hype and very very long queue! Apparently the queue starts before 4am.

The soup was good you can tell the broth was “take time made”, the beaf was chewy than I expect( I thought its gonna be more tender but I’m ok with that~ … But is that worth the around 1.5-2 hrs waiting? I don’t think so… we be there at 5:00 in the morning and it has a line for waiting… the staffs are fast but less management so some costumers were taking an hour like having a Michelin meal for a beaf soup… I def not coming back waiting 2 hrs for it, but if you stay a place close and have time for it, you can give it a shot
