Asian Street Food - Tallahassee

J’s Asian Street Food was an absolute delight to find during a recent trip to Tallahassee. We saw the great reviews online and it delivered. Service was top notch, drinks were perfectly crafted, and the food was tasty. We enjoyed a few appetizers, drinks, and entrees. The homemade bao was delicious, the wonton soup was a great starter, and the lettuce wraps were great. The ambience was impressive (see photos). We will definitely come here during our future trips.

The food was satisfactory, while the service and atmosphere were outstanding. However, that’s about it. A Korean meal without banchan just doesn’t feel right. I mean, where’s the kimchi? It feels incomplete without it.

I received chicken skewers and I'm just hoping I don't end up with food poisoning.

This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to return. I ordered the pork belly buns, some steamed pork dumplings, and a Taro milk tea—let me tell you, if you haven't tried them, you're really missing out! The pork belly buns were so incredibly soft they practically melted in my mouth! The Taro milk tea had a unique flavor that I can't quite describe, but it was fantastic! My waitress was incredibly friendly, the food arrived quickly, and the little candies they gave me at the end were a delightful touch.

Really cool place, and everything tasted amazing! Highly recommend trying this out!
