Burger King - Tallahassee

I have noticed that this restaurant has made some fantastic improvements recently. Thanks to the new management, I now visit this place frequently. Great job!

I placed a big order at this restaurant because of their great reputation, and they had it ready in under ten minutes. The food was fresh and delicious, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

This Burger King is pretty typical with all the usual offerings, although the floor is unusually slippery which can be a hazard. However, overall the experience was good with no other issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, and took care of the slippery floor promptly.

Absolutely horrible every time I go, I'm even parked for something as simple as chicken nuggets. only gave a 2 star b/c customer service is ok, but extremely slow drive-thru

The only reason that I alloted 2 stars is because the bk lounge does have good sandwiches, and the staff was friendly. But, why do I have to sit at the window for 5 minutes, then they tell me to pull to the side. I guess the sausage cossainwhich and the Hashbrown confused then. They have no dine in(I seen a man tugging on door), and there were only two of us in drive thru. After 20 minutes of being detained, the lady brings me my food, and apologized for I taking so long. She said they had to drop hashbrowns, which accounts for 2 of the 20 minutes. Without me investigating, I can give two major problems that this store suffers from; an absent owner, and ineffective management. I do not recommend this store.
