Firehouse Subs Killearn - Tallahassee

We visited this evening on 11/26 at 8 p.m., and I appreciate the kind young gentlemen who gave me an excellent service, my husband and my brother and sister-in-law. We had such a great meal after we traveled for so long. They could have been easily discouraged in an hour before closing. Josh took our mission and was nothing but smiles and kindness. The whole crew worked so hard on our orders. They were friendly with all customers and offer excellent service. These young men took time from their friends and family to work on a holiday, and I hope the manager/owner of this institution gives them good praise for their lifting attitudes. It'll be worth the rest of our travel night.

The portion sizes were smaller than I anticipated for the price, and my order wasn’t entirely correct. A family member ordered the best rib level, but it came with mayonnaise, making it inedible for him. Additionally, my son didn’t receive his meal. We also had to wait a long time for our food. I regret writing this review, as they didn't really deserve it.

The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. The establishment was spotless, and they worked together to ensure that my order was correct when there was an issue.

Super slow lasted 30 minutes for 3 small sandwiches if I had got a refund I would have left.
