Love the pink drink never gets old and the birthday cake pops and eulenkuchen pops areamazing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't comment on the quality of the food at Dieucks since I've never received any. The car in front of me at the drive-thru was taking way too long to taste various coffees. While I understand they want to make their choice, this isn't a coffee tasting event; it's a drive-thru. People have places to be, and the drive-thru is typically designed for quick service. I could hear that the barista was as friendly as possible with the customer before me, but the long line of cars behind me was ridiculous. I ended up waiting forever, and it felt like nothing was moving. I can only assume the coffee-tasters are still there, and that the line has now extended all the way to Jacksonville.

This is the worst Duck Donuts location in Tallahassee. I've had several issues here, including the staff not calling my name when my order was ready, or not announcing it loud enough in the noisy environment. I've also seen them place food on a table where anyone can grab it, which is concerning. While I understand this location caters to a lot of students, the customer service is truly lacking. There’s a tall young man with dark hair and glasses, and an older woman with a visible scar, who seem to be the only employees, and their service is expectedly subpar. Items are rarely available in a timely manner, and they often run out of basics. I have no intention of returning to this location; it definitely needs a complete overhaul. I should note that I have experience working in restaurants and customer service during my time in college.

This is the only place that prepares my large caramel drink just right, without whipped cream and with extra caramel.

I like Starbucks as a whole but this drink is my favorite. I have a grande white chocolate shaken expresso, caramel drizzle with whip! Love it!
