Subway - Tallahassee

Twice in the last two months, my partner and I have attempted to visit this Subway location, only to find that they were either completely out of broth or too busy to serve anything else. This wouldn't be a problem if it didn't happen consistently between 6-7:30 pm, when they are supposed to be open until 10 pm. During one visit, we asked for just one whole turkey sub, but when I requested a smaller portion, the worker replied rudely that they were just doing their job. As a former general manager in the food industry, I know that if a customer does not want more food, it saves costs and prevents waste. It is disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of preparation when it comes to having enough bread available. I recommend either moving the evening/closing crew to a different shift or providing them with better customer service training. My simple request for a smaller portion should not have been met with such resistance, as I did not want 12 slices of turkey.

This is my preferred Subway location in Tallahassee. I come here not only for the variety of menu options, but also for the exceptional customer service. Tristan assisted me with my order yesterday and was very friendly with a positive attitude! I am excited for my next visit. My sandwich and cookies were both delicious. Thank you, Tristan!

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is well-kept and organized. I highly recommend dining here.

It just didn't taste right because I don't know what they put on my sub when I ordered it, they need to work a little better.

Call before you go to make sure they have enough staff to operate and food to make a sandwich. Buyer beware of this subway!
