Bidra med feedbackThis Dunkin' location in the Tampa area is the best by far. They always have my midnight coffee ready, and if not, they make it fresh. Unlike other locations that only have the original, this Dunkin' is willing to go the extra mile. When they accidentally forgot to put bacon on my sandwich, I brought it to the attention of Shawn. Without hesitation, he quickly made me a fresh sandwich with bacon, impressing me with their excellent customer service. Thank you to the staff at this Dunkin' for consistently providing great quality service.
I ordered a frozen matcha and the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. The items were delicious, but what really made the experience special was the girl working at the window! She was incredibly kind, and our interaction was delightful. The customer service was excellent.
Staff has been incredibly quick getting drive-thru orders done, but at the cost of getting most of them wrong. Can't say for the rest of the menu, but do NOT order a chai latte from them, you will get coffee instead of tea every time.
Valrico Dunkin on 60. Slime in my drink. Piece of equipment fell in. Had slime inside. Yes I took a drink of slime. It was the texture of mucos and I actually pulled the slime out of mouth.. Gag...horrible experience!!! I'm sure full of bacteria. I didn't see it because there was ice in my drink. When I got home and poured out I found it.
I purchased some doughnuts for my students and noticed that one of them had teeth marks on it. I went back to the store to address the issue, not asking for a refund or any free items, but simply to ensure the food was not tampered with by the employees. Despite leaving my contact information with a concerned employee, I never received a follow-up. When I returned the next day and asked the manager, Matilda, if the situation had been resolved, she immediately denied any responsibility and claimed it was impossible for her employees to do such a thing. She refused to investigate further, citing the presence of security cameras as assurance against any wrongdoing. Feeling unheard and disrespected, I left the store knowing that the manager had no intention of addressing the issue. I am now wary of visiting any Dunkin' Donuts locations, as I fear this behavior may be accepted company-wide. I will continue to share my experience with others to raise awareness about the disregard for customer safety and satisfaction exhibited by this particular manager.
