The customer service here is horrible now I definitely felt weird staring eyes on me when I walked in and felt very uncomfortable walking in, one coworker rolled her eyes at me .. what’s up with that?I come here all the time as a customer because I love their crab empanadas but today I came in as a Uber driver coming to pick up an order, and I felt like the coworker with glasses was trying to discriminate against me thinking I was trying to steal in order that I had to pick up ! She had on glasses with a pony tail , older heavy set woman ! I clearly told her four or five times that this was my order that I was coming to pick up and I actually showed her on my phone but she was still very apprehensive about giving me my order. I’ve never had this problem before as an Uber driver I don’t know what’s going on with this place, I think she definitely tried to judge me based off what I had on which was regular clothes and I don’t appreciate that at all

I called to let them know my empanadas weren’t cooked all the way i basically got called a liar. Asked to speak to a supervisor the man on the phone said he was the owner. He was very nasty and rude. Told me he won’t remake or give me my money back . said “ you can always throw them away, take it or leave it but I’m not remaking or refunding”.

I got two chicken and broccoli cheese empanadas. Amazing! Small Italian salad was good. The Cuban sandwich was terrific. Will order again.

Please change your hours on your site, 3rd time I've drove up here to find out you're closed. Update. I've driven up here for the last time. Closed on a Thursday at 4pm? Smh

Came in today for quick lunch stop. Customer service lacked and my empanadas weren’t hot fresh. They were replaced but I was inconvenience and wasn’t even offered an apology. Won’t be back.
