Bidra med feedbackAwesome place for pizza. Love the brick oven flavor. Only got cheese because of my son and I had already eaten but I had to try this delicious pizza. Will definitely come back. Employees were friendly and the food was extremely fresh. Highly recommend it. Please go here now!
The pizza was truly excellent—definitely a 5-star experience. The cashier was friendly and the pizzaiolo was a real professional, but the preparation staff could use some improvement. There were two young workers who seemed mismatched in their roles. Both wore gloves, yet one was handling the dough while coughing and chatting about the pizza. If it hadn't been placed in a hot oven, I might have left. Despite that, the pizza itself was delicious. The staff really needs to step up their hygiene practices.
The real deal. Great pizzas and sides. Fresh salad made to order. We loved it. They only have a few tables indoors. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Good find for lunch.
We came here for the first time because (except my love for pizza) we saw that Fabrica Pizza was placed in the top 50 pizzerias in the USA. For this reason, I had high expectations and I can honestly say that they were not disappointed. They make a wood-fired thin pane with the perfect sharpness only this light layer, while still soft enough to fold over a pane without breaking it. We ordered a 12-inch Margherita and a Carni. Both came perfect and were full of taste. I added Parmesan, but only because of my love for cheese and not that it needed him. The sauce was very good and well balanced with the cheese in the right amount. It's not a big place, maybe 6 tables inside with some counter seats along the window, and 3 picnic tables outside with umbrellas. I also noticed on the way out that she had her pizzas for the takeout I thought was pretty cool. Very recommended to check them out!
This is a fantastic little pizza place in downtown Tampa. While the menu is straightforward, the food is excellent. The service is both friendly and attentive.
