I often come here. Your smoothies are phenomenal. Yes, of course there were some customer service problems. But unfortunately it is hard to find people who are 100% perfect. I came to her manager for a problem I had one night. And the manager treated the situation with extreme professionalism. That makes me come back. Your products are beyond the best. And her manager is great. Most employees are great. But you can't ruin a bad apple.

The lack of enthusiasm and lack of customer service made my experience regrettable. The young lady who worked behind the counter will not interact with my wife and I am so disappointed. I'd rather drive a few extra miles and get better service! My appointment was 11. May 2021 after 16:30, so hopefully the management will know what I'm talking about.
