Bidra med feedbackWe sampled a variety of dishes from both the sushi and hot food menus, including Emilio-style spicy edamame, salmon carpaccio, tuna tataki, rainbow roll, red devil roll, miso soup, ginger salad, and combination fried rice. The presentation of all the dishes was impressive, with the sushi especially well presented. However, the prices feel a little high given the quality of the fish. Our bill came to approximately $220 for two people for a substantial lunch (not including tip). Overall, it seems like a great spot for a date night—though we were informed that it tends to get quite busy at dinner, lunch was rather quiet.
I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant last weekend. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and our waitress was very friendly. My only complaint would be the tight seating arrangement, which felt a bit like a cafeteria—right in the midst of conversations from the tables next to us. Despite that, I would highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5
I've dined at this restaurant multiple times and took my wife there for lunch today. She's not a big sushi fan, but I managed to convince her to give it a try, unfortunately, I ended up looking foolish! She ordered the Tampa roll, and the fish was dry, with the roll mostly consisting of overcooked, crunchy batter — she didn't even eat it. I had the Red Dragon with shrimp instead of tuna, and it was really disappointing. The shrimp was cold, chewy, and in small pieces. I noticed that the customers next to us had rolls that were twice the size of mine. I felt like complaining, but my wife insisted I shouldn’t. The entire ride home, she criticized my choice, saying she preferred Sushi Ninja, which is just up the street. I felt completely ripped off today. In her words, our lunch was a total disaster. This situation really frustrates me. We'll be returning to Sushi Ninja next time, and I’ve learned my lesson about hyping up restaurants. I also voiced my concerns to the manager, but he was extremely unprofessional, eager to argue rather than address the issues. This place has a really negative vibe — I recommend avoiding it!
Sushi rolls are very good, most of the time. Getting 4 stars because of inconsistency. Fish has always been fresh. Kiss of fire is our favorite roll. They have free valet parking but we prefer parking our own vehicle, parking lot is a bit precarious.Food: 4/5
We came to this spot on a recommendation from a few people, looking to find a good sushi place. What we found was a good bao place. The pork belly bao were amazing, very tender and juicy, however this was the only positive taken from our dinner experience. The sushi rolls were no larger than the diameter of a hot dog and the rice on the outside was gummy and unpleasant. It took almost an hour to get our food at the sake bar; it seems the popularity has led to a decrease in quantity and quality of sushi.
