The Original Twistee Treat Tampa

I've been coming to this place for years, and I've never been as disappointed as I was today. First, I had to wait over 10 minutes for three ice creams. Then, they messed up two-thirds of my order. To top it off, they didn't even provide basic customer service, like welcoming or thanking customers. When my ice cream finally arrived, it was half melted by the time the staff member managed to put down their phone to serve it to me. I’m really let down; this is not the standard I expected.

There are no words to fully express the delights of the decadent dishes here, especially the fabulous eggs. Everything at this restaurant is wonderful. The raw meal cream, peanut butter cake, and carrot cake are truly exceptional.

I ordered a large hot fudge sundae, but was given a small kiddie cup instead. The staff member asked me the same question again and repeated the wrong answer. It took her a long time to prepare it. When I asked if it was the right size, she confirmed that it was, but there were hardly any toppings or fudge because she couldn't fit much in the cup. Other places use large, clear cups with proper portions for their sundaes. I can only imagine how small the smaller sizes must be. I definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. It's such a disappointment.

Just left this Twistee Treat Location and the gentleman attending customers was very nice and attentive! Great location
