Zaxby's - Tampa

Just did an order through Zaxby's drive-thru at this location.on W Hillsborough. Very patient and professional staff. I ordered the Cajun Chicken, light lettuce, no bacon, light mayo, fresh hot soft fries and a drink. The only complaint is fries just a tad bit too brown , and it is obvious previous fries were mixed in with them new fresh fries.

Overall, this Zaxby's generally gets your order correct and serves food at the right temperature. However, there have been occasions when they’ve forgotten an item or made mistakes, such as adding grilled chicken to a Cobb salad and fried chicken to a house salad, despite the receipt clearly stating otherwise. Among all the Zaxby's locations near me, this is our preferred choice. Since we usually eat takeout, my review is based on the typical drive-thru experience. I haven’t seen the interior, but the exterior looks clean and well-maintained.

Overall, everything was good. The fries could have been fresher, but I have no complaints.

Zaxby’s was surprisingly tasty for a chicken chain. I would happily return for another meal. As a connoisseur of chicken sandwiches, I placed Zaxby’s sandwich in second place among all the ones I’ve tried. It has a truly unique flavor. I only wish there were Zaxby’s locations up north! The next time I’m in Florida, I'll definitely make sure to include Zaxby’s in my dining plans.
