Costa - Tandridge

Just used Costa drive through, headed West on the M25. I ordered a flat white (which is usually a bit of a gamble to ask for) I received the best flat white I’ve had in a very long time! Staff were really friendly and knew their stuff! The kitchen was clean and organised and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which is always lovely to see. They even chatted to my dog and gave her a free pup cup she is now a Costa fan! Thank you for doing such a great job and providing me with really good coffee that’s set me up for the afternoon!

I ordered a hot chocolate they gave me 2 cappuccinos. Silly staff did not check. Very bad. I am not impressed.

This is the worst coffee I have ever had. It was weak and all I could taste was chlorine. I will be avoiding Costa from now on. Good coffee shops use water filters, which I recommend Costa invest in.

This restaurant is terribly disorganized, with unfriendly staff lacking in customer service skills and a messy work environment.

I had the worst coffee I have ever tasted at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was halfway down the road before I took a sip, otherwise I would have taken it back. It was a complete waste of money. This incident occurred on Sunday, April 3rd, 2022 at 5:00 pm.
