They would think that färger and maische would not be a problem at a Friday night. I waited and waited. I asked a response of 5 minutes. there were people with whom I spoke who had waited for an hour to eat. a perfect metaphor for this device was the serviette dispenser on the servierbank. it was empty! at the end I just gave up.

Phones a few weeks ago to enquire about GF options for my son. I spoke with a lovely chef who advised he was only new, but was gradually increasing the GF options and changing things around so by the time we got there, there would...be plenty of options. Phone the club on Wednesday just gone to make a booking as there was 10 of us. Turned up tonight with no record of our booking but we were accommodated quickly. Sat down to be advised of not many GF options and a waitress who’s answer to most questions was “it should be”. After being directed to another lovely waitress we went with Grilled chicken and chips. Upon the chips arriving, they appeared to be battered even though the waitress assured us they were GF. After double checking, she advised she was sorry but they were different chips and not GF after all...... this left one very disappointed child considering the other 9 of us were all ready eating our meal. The lovely waitress came out again and after discussion with my son, they went with the option of bacon and eggs and a refund of the $19 chicken dish he couldn’t eat. The meals were ok, but nothing to rave about. I think this place needs a kitchen overhaul and perhaps a chef rather than just “some girls in the kitchen who have been here a long time” their words not mine.

I recently tried out a new Chinese restaurant and was blown away by the exceptional dishes, although they were on the pricier side. It's definitely a strong contender for the title of best Chinese restaurant in town.

We arrived on the 17.30 clock and the lights of the restaurant were off, but after the request of the counter they switched them on and let us in. we ordered the special of the day chicken, avocado and speck in Hollandaise sauce that came with chips and...salad and it was fantastic, good the small price. the club is small but has very friendly staff. would not eat there again.

Had to eat in the main bar area as restaurant not open. not a fan of love are called by young waitress half my age. no vegs, only chips and salat. eat, but not one I would be back
