Dunkin' - Tarpon Springs

Ashley was incredibly pleasant and friendly! She made me the best caramel iced coffee I've ever had at Dunkin' Donuts.

When we finally received our bag, the staff member practically pushed it into the driver’s lap, almost causing everything to fall. I also noticed that the napkins were crumpled up inside the bag, which wasn’t a big deal, but still added to the overall impression. I didn't expect a gourmet experience, but the hashbrowns were soggy and seemed like they had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Having worked in fast food before, I understand the pressure of drive-thru times. However, sacrificing customer satisfaction and food quality is not the way to build a loyal customer base. This experience has cost them three customers, and I’m realistic enough to know my support doesn’t seem to matter to them.

This is the best Dunkin' in Florida! The staff is incredibly friendly—definitely the nicest I've ever encountered. The donuts were delicious, and the place was clean and quick. It's a fantastic spot for families. Ashley, in particular, was the friendliest person I've met in any customer service setting. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!

This is one of the quickest Dunkin' Donuts locations I've ever visited. Our order was processed quickly, accurately, and the food was served hot. I've always been a fan of Dunkin' Donuts, and the combination of speedy service, delicious food, and excellent customer care was outstanding!

The manager was extremely pleased with my experience. They were very friendly and understanding, providing genuine support to the customers. I would rate them 100%!
