Bistro 12 - Tarrytown

If I could give more stars, I would. This restaurant is the best! Whatever we ordered was delicious and the service was excellent. Try the Mascarpone Desert! Very recommended!!!

We had dinner during our stay in Tarrytown. Excellent food, wonderful service, beautiful ambience. Our servers were so friendly and cheerful. The owner(I think) is made of greeting Diners and play his ukulele. Portuguese with Mediterranean flare. We were so lucky to have found this place!! relatively limited seats, so reservations highly recommended.

The food was amazing. The first time here and not my last. Fried Oktopus should die. I had the Halabut as the main course and that was delicious. They made me feel like a family that is the best part of a good restaurant. The drinks were also delicious if you like a good espresso or pomegranate martini!

We went through the restaurant after we were completely disappointed by another place for cocktails and a drink. We were greeted by Carlos and he took care of us! The food and service was excellent! The flame for the desert was the best we ever had.... We keep this little jewel in our Top 5!

Very comprehensive menu, seafood was excellent, simple salads were perfectly well seasoned, some Portuguese specialties available were authentic. Atmosphere is authentic and artsy in a good way. I noticed the paintings on the wall were very good, actually made by one of the restaurant owners.
