Bidra med feedbackCute little coffee shop with quality coffee and relaxing ambiance. Even my non-coffee drinker friend thoroughly enjoyed the hazelnut latte. They also make all baked goods with as few allergens as possible so it's a great place to get a brownie or cookie if you have dietary restrictions. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I would love to come back for dinner and a brew. There is live music every Saturday and I'd love to experience it.
Definitely good coffee drinks. and the food was fresh and delicious. but just a bit expensive maybe..? Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
Had a great time eating here with the family the food was great service was polite and prompt. Tatamagouche has a great little downtown we ate outside. I had the nachos and they were probably the best I've ever had. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First Off, the Truffle fries were worth the upgrade and Absolutely amazing treat (wish more restaurants offered them). The haddock batter was light crispy Perfection the Blueberry tartar was a nice newbie for the taste palette. HOWEVER, the service and atmosphere not so great. Inside was hot humid and ALL the windows were closed not allowing any breeze indoors so had to move outdoors. We sent one whole meal back and was charged for it (the waitress left her with the menu for another 20mins before even coming to ask if she wanted something else). We sent back a poutine upgrade and was never asked if he wanted a side replacement. They charged him his whole meal and just took off the Poutine upgrade. He never got another side. I ordered 2pc blueberry haddock and received 1pc regular and was about another 20-25mins wait for my order to return proper. Will stick to the Pictou location.
If you find yourself in Tadamagoushe, make sure you swing by The Nook and Crook. This place is the village's best-kept secret—unless you count the fact that everyone in town already knows about it. First off, let’s talk about their seafood chowder. Imagine a silky, buttery dream where seafood is the star. It’s like they took a dive into the ocean and came back with a spoonful of happiness. You might even catch yourself making embarrassing “mmmmm” noises as you savor every bite. The French dip? Oh boy. It’s like a warm hug from a very tender, very flavorful beef. The au jus is so good it might just inspire you to pour it on everything you eat—seriously, don’t be surprised if you catch yourself dreaming about it. And then there’s the fish and chips. They’re so crispy and delicious that you might just wonder why other places even bother making them. If you’re not careful, you might find yourself ordering a second serving before the first plate is even empty. The service here is so friendly you’ll leave feeling like you’ve just made new friends—and no, they won’t judge you for how much of that chowder you slurped up. In short, The Nook and Crook is the undisputed champ of Tadamagoushe dining.
