I was very disappointed with my stay. We had a stranger, presumably a cleaner centre our room at 8am without any warning while myself and my children were sleeping. To add to the disappointment, our room was freezing! We stated that we had an infant with us. There was no indication of extra heating. We shouldn't nt have to ask in the middle of winter. The room amenities were out dated. I will not be returning. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Very unreliable wifi. Hard to believe that in this day and age, a hotel of this class considers it appropriate to offer its clientele such a horrible quality.
