The Med Cafe Tauranga

We discovered The Med yesterday while we were in town, and we're so glad we did! Our lunch was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

This is a fantastic little café with a wide variety of gluten-free options. It's always bustling, which shows just how good the food is. However, it's not ideal for a quick meal if you're in a hurry.

This is my favorite café. The food is outstanding, and the staff is equally wonderful. They have a fantastic team that is always willing to make minor adjustments to dishes if needed.

I enjoyed the steak sandwich, which was exceptional, and even their basic hot chips were delicious. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful. There's truly nothing to criticize about The Med. Treat yourself to great service, beautifully presented food, and a genuine dining experience—far beyond just another meal at a typical restaurant. Kudos to the entire team at The Med in Tauranga! I always look forward to dining here whenever I visit.
