Wedgy's Pizza Delivery - Taylors

Callie went beyond and beyond to accommodate us and our order. We were home-bound and she made sure we took care of it. Pizza was excellent as usual, we will definitely return our business to them.

Great pizza place! You can dine in or order delivery. We've tried Wedgys a few times since moving to the area, and they have yet to disappoint us!

One aspect that stood out was the exceptional customer service. Tank, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to have a conversation with me despite being busy with multiple customers. He even shared a bit about himself, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I plan to return to Wedgy in the future because of that warm treatment. It was clear that he made an effort to ensure all customers felt welcome, not just me.

I would have given a five-star rating, but someone at Keilen decided that tonight would be my last delivery, as I live 2 miles outside their 5-mile delivery radius. Their service is always fast, and the staff has been friendly both on the phone and in person. My food has consistently arrived hot and correct, so I'm disappointed that this will be my final order with them. The woman who called me back was kind, but she informed me that they would no longer be delivering to my area. She suggested I come in person to pick up my order, but that defeats the purpose—I want delivery. I spend about $45 on each order, so it seems like they wouldn’t be losing money by serving me. I hope they reconsider their delivery area and include my address in the future.
