Mado - Tbilisi

Great ambience and space for dessert and coffee. Turkish ice cream and good service.

The coffee and the desserts here are really good. They didn't have hot chocolate for some reason and in cold season it's the most popular item. They should probably keep more of it. We tried the yin and yang ice cream along with frappe and cafe latte. It's good and decently priced.

Mado is my favourite, since I can get Kunefe here, but this one wasn't as great, perhaps I visited towards the end of the day maybe but regardless the waitress needs to be more supportive and attentive. Maybe it's extended work hours that makes them grumpy. Otherwise taste was great!

The food was just phenomenal and delicious. I loved the fettuccine Alfredo pasta and the grill platter we ordered. But the customer service was pathetic. She forgot about our table completely despite repeated reminders and then messed up our drinks order. If they can work on their customer service it will be great.

Mado in Azerbaijan was a better experience. But more variety in Tbilisi. Good food. Slow service. Halal! Do not try their appetizer with 4 samplers. Not fresh but warmed frozen pieces. Total waste of a dish and money. Picture added for reference. Yogurt-based dishes were nice. For some reason they dont use much seasoning salt.... had to add on the side. Otherwise good and reliable food.
