Shio Ramen - Tbilisi

Pretty decent ravens! The broth was not as tasteful as I would like (maybe I am only used to really salty broth haha) but the cha siu was amazing. Tender and cute.

We look for a good ramen the whole city and this was so far the best one. They need more variety of drinks in my option thats why I dropped a star. Will go back there again.

I went in with no expectations because of the mixed reviews but I actually really enjoyed my ramen. The broth was creamy and flavourful. It fulfilled my cravings for ramen (though don’t expect 100 percent authenticity). The point off is for the agedashi tofu — beautifully plated but very salty. Otherwise the girl at the front was super nice. Ambience was calm and relaxing. It’s not a quick lunch — be prepared to wait for the food.

Starting with the food, if you’re looking for a flavourful Ramen, I would suggest you to blindly choose the Kimchi Miso Ramen. It’s rich and very delicious. The Tonkatsu ramen is good but rather salty and slightly bland. The staff are really kind, but the eating section of the restaurant is really small, you might not get a seat and have to take a takeaway during peak hours.

The ramen was more like a soup... nice but wouldn't order again. The service is slow.
