As for the food, the only thing that was quite good was a steak for nearly PLN 110 with a small amount of mushrooms and stale potatoes. Tartar is a tragedy, all my life I ate tartare with taste, even if it was poorly made. However, even my dog did not want this pseudo tartare. More mustard than meat.
